I had the same problem using RDP.

You can go Dell Support web site: https://www.dell.com/support where the PC should be detected. Select this PC then go to Drivers & Downloads tab.

You then click "check for updates" and should be welcomed with:

Please wait while SupportAssist checks for driver updates...

The rest is pretty automatic but the whole process takes a while.

No manual download required.
