HOW TO INCREASE EXISTING SINGLE LUN

Hi friends,

I have a single lun of 60 GB assigned to the host.Now we want to increse it to 120 GB.I have earlier incresed existing meta lun size using following command.

add dev xxxx:xxxx to meta xxxx,protect_data=TRUE,bcv_meta_head=xxxx;

Now  also should I use same command.?

I am having following doubts in using above command

1)existing lun is not meta,it is single lun

2)after adding more luns ,the single lun becomes meta,wether it iwll be striped or concatenated meta.

If it is not correct,please let me know correct procedure.
