You may want to post the command you are running and the error you get.

Check to make sure the access logix flag is turned on.  Are the front end directors online or offline?  Command may not work if the are offline.

list the directors then pick on to run the command on

symcfg -sid 3314 list -FA all

then run

symcfg -sid 3314 list -FA XX:0 or 1  XX is the director number

look for:   Access_Logix(ACLX)           : Enabled

Have you seen any error in symapi.log once you enter command symaccess list logins?

What is the Enginuity and Solutions Enabler version being used?

Are you able to run any command other than symaccess?
