VMAX 10K Health Check fails on Environmentals Test

I have a VMAX10K that always fails the Environmentals Test part of the Health Check.  I would like to know what the Environmentals Test is checking for.  All of the other parts pass green, I just want to be able to login into Unisphere for VMAX and see that part green instead of ignoring red.  I have ran a symcli command(see below) to check the events, but all I saw was where a drive failed last year.

I saw that the case was opened against the software team.
Is their any other open SR for cabling issue or any SR opened with the hardware support team?

Sure enough, that's my issue as well.  Support determined an issue with one of the doors and is dispatching an SE to service it.  Thanks!
