'Access Denied' message to server admin through application launch ITA

Question

I just upgraded my ITA box to 8.0.  Now when I try the application launch to server administrator on any of the managed boxes, I get an 'access denied' message.  I can get to the RAC console on the same box, but not Server admin. If I remote to the box I can pull up Server Administrator with no problems.  I tried the troubleshooting tool and all tests passed including the port connectivity test.

It did have it installed, but I uninstalled it and rebooted to try to fix the problem before the post.  Thanks for getting back.  Do you have any other suggestions?

Is your ITA server running W2k3's IE Enhanced Security?  ITA will populate the url with the IP of the server, IE Enhanced Security does not allow for IP addresses.

You might try adding the server admin URL to trusted sights in IE 6.  IE 7 is currently not supported.
