Active Directory check box greyed out

Hello all, I am trying to add Active Directory authentication to on IDRAC8 on mostly Poweredge R730 and 730XD.  For some reason the Active Directory Check boxes on random Idracs are greyed out.  There seems to be no rhyme or reason.  Some Idracs on identical networks and Identical hardware  work no problem and some the option is simply not availabe.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Can you let me know iDRAC FW and iDRAC license available on these servers? Are you login to iDRAC with administrator privilege? It will be helpful if you can share the picture of the error you are seeing.

Can you flash latest iDRAC FW and see the behavior. You can download latest iDRAC FW from below link

https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/drivers/driversdetails?driverid=dnh17&oscode=w12r2&productcode=poweredge-r730xd

If the problem is not resolved by iDRAC FW update please SSH to iDRAC and run below command to see whether it is enabling Active Directory or giving any error message.

racadm set idrac.Activedirectory.Enable Enabled
