Bad Blocks on Drive T430
We had 1 drive fail and another signal it was going to fail. We replaced the failed drive and received the message regarding bad blocks on a virtual drive. My questions is do I replace the drive predicted to fail first and then attempt to clear bad blocks or the other way around?

Nothing is guaranteed, so the first thing I would do is take a file level back up (provided the server remains in the OS and you don't already have a known good backup)
With that addressed, I'd clear the bad blocks from the array, then replace the hard drive. The logic is to try to prevent bad blocks from replicating to your new drive. This can cause premature disk failure, data corruption, and other problems. If the process fails, a file level backup would help you restore all your files, while not restoring bad blocks.
EDIT: What RAID level? In my reply, I assumed 1 or 5.
