Firstly note down if there are any settings that you would need to restore back manually before trying the below approach and remove the battery. (Below will make all default setting in BIOS)
Try to depress the power button for 45 seconds and then plug-in the power adapter --> Boot the system --> once the boot is completed, continue to shut down --> Attempt to unplug the power adapter and then depress the power button for 45 seconds, and then put in the battery, plug in the power adapter. Now attempt to start up the system. It would most likely work and error won't be further shown.
The thought process is that when other power sources are disconnected it clears the residual charges in internal components. It will also eventually rewrite the default settings into CMOS. (which should be manually changed based on need later)
