Cannot Start the "Secure Port Server" Service under WinNT 4.0 WORKSTATION
I have a PE2400 running Windows NT 4.0 Workstation (yeah, yeah, I know...not my fault). I've installed Server Administrator 1.3 (the last version to support NT). The 2 Server Administrator services start just fine. But when I attempt to start the Secure Port Server service, I get the error:
Error 2140: An internal Windows NT error occurred
That service won't start, thus SA won't work. I've uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled and no luck.
Has anyone encountered this? Any ideas?

Try the following utilities from DELL...
OMCLEAN.EXE
SACLEANUP.EXE /F (I run this twice)
Reboot and reinstalled Server Administrator 1.3. Ensure that NT 4 SP6a & IE 5.01 or higher is installed...
That should get everything to work...
