Dell Poweredge 610 Bios Update

Question

Hi All,

I need to upgrade the bios on a few Dell R610s that I have. I understand that the Dell repository is not available for 11G servers. What is the recommended path to upgrade old BIOS versions? I have a Windows OS loaded. What other software needs to be upgraded at the same time? What path has the least amount of downtime?
