Disappearing servers during discovery using IT assistant
I am having an odd problem. When I do a Force Discovery on selected servers, the servers will appear and then be replaced by the next until the discovery process ends leaving me with only one of the servers. It's like there is some kind of a conflict and the last one in wins. Can someone guide me in the right direction? Thank you!

Yep, issue is with multiple MAC addresses, IT Assistant removes duplicates based on the MAC, but if you image machines there are software NIC devices that use a default MAC. (many times VPN software is the problem) There is a settings file you can edit in the it assistant directory. Check page 38 and 39 of the below linked document.

Woah, thanks. I appreciate your help and I'm sure the dell tech will as well.
Anyway, what was the doc name? When I click on your link it only takes me to the list of docs provided by dell.
Thanks,
