DRAC sharing request
Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue. When I try to redirect the console via a drac4 or drac5 from my Dell optiplex 745 desktop, I get a popup message that says:
A session to this device already exists. Do you want to send a sharing request to the owner. If I select ok, it just sits at establishing a session.
There are no other drac sessions in progress. If I RDP into the server and start server administrator and connect to the drac from there, I do not get this message.
Anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for posting! Sometimes resetting (racadm racreset soft) or reseating the DRAC will get that old session to clear out. When that is done, flash the firmware, I think there has been a fix for that issue.

In the IE portal.
go to:
Remote Access - Session Management
click on the trash can for the line that has "Virtual Console"

@htwolf you might be 7 years too late, maybe.
