I'm afraid not much can be done here without proper case we will need TSR and DSU logs. For that you can raise an official ticket through https://dell.to/4khzdNa to your region support.
This is more of a question about DSU itself since the behavior isn't unique to a single server. We're seeing this behavior on at least 20 servers. I'll see about opening a service ticket though.
