I would suggest going to support.dell.com and selecting the PowerEdge server you wanted to check on in the Drivers and Downloads section.
From there, you can see the latest version of firmware for your system. Also, you can utilize Repository Manager / Lifecycle Controller to check on the latest versons of drivers / firmware, etc.
