Thank you for Posting! To resolve this error, start by making sure you are using the latest version of ITAssistant 5.2.1 and also using the latest version of Server Administrator 5.2. Then make sure that snmp is configured properly on the managed node and the management station.

Now you will need to discover the managed node in ITAssistant. Once the previous steps are performed properly and the server is discovered in ITA, you can now perform the Performance Monitor Functions of ITA. If you still have an error at this point, try making sure wmi communication is possible and functional.

To test wmi communication, open cmd on the ITA machine and then type wmic. Now type /node:nameorip bios. If you get an error or it hangs, wmi communication is not working. You will need to resolve wmi communication if it is not working. Get started with these steps and let us know how it goes. Thank you.
