Posting the answer I got from a ticket:
Order tracking API is not in-scope of TechDirect APIs as these are service APIs. Order tracking is part of sales and can be achieved through B2B API integration.you may like to review the following URIOrder Status API V2 | Order Status Pull_API | Dell Technologies Developer.

I'm not aware of this for sales information. You may need to contact your Dell Account Manager or Dell Sales Representative.
Maybe if someone in the community has done this, they can share their experience.
