How can I programmatically get order delivery information?

Hisorry I may not post in the right forum, but we are currently using Dell web system API to get support warranty information per Tag Id (API key to retrieve in https://techdirect.dell.com/Portal/APIs.aspxdisponible )We are now looking into the possibility to do the same -- consult Dell database - to follow our orders status (received, acknowledge with a delivery date planned, delivered,...)Does someone has a link toward this?ThanksFX

Posting the answer I got from a ticket:

Order tracking API is not in-scope of TechDirect APIs as these are service APIs. Order tracking is part of sales and can be achieved through B2B API integration.

Hello Fxsan,

I'm not aware of this for sales information. You may need to contact your Dell Account Manager or Dell Sales Representative.

Maybe if someone in the community has done this, they can share their experience.
