It will bring up the ism downloads

It's a R440. The LC DUP download is not in the Drivers&Downloads. I have managed Dell servers for over 20 years. I know my way around. The correct download for LC DUP (not OS DUP) is  https://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER08118677M/1/ which is giving 403 error. Please fix or send new link.

That's just the OS DUP. Do you know the difference between LC DUP and OS DUP?

You have to search for it in the catalog.cab to find the correct "part number" 21NN2.
