iDRAC SNMPv3 minimum permissions
What are the minimum user account settings needed to send SNMPv3 traps on an iDRAC ?
For example, do I need to be an admin, operator, do I need just 'Control and Configure' role, etc ?

You would need Configure RAC permissions, as seen here .
