iDRAC7 Enterprise license recovery
Hi,
Bought a used PowerEdge R720XD from ebay and checked the service tag which said it was delivered with Enterprise.
To my surprise it did not have the license installed when i received the server, and i want to know how to recover the license key.
I have opened a ownership transfer case, what else is there to be done? Is there any other way?

We would need you to private message me the svc tag, as well as the company name or customer number that you changed the server ownership to, as well as your contact details. If the license is present on our end we can look at resending it.
Let me know.

@DELL-Chris H Unfortunatly i am unable to send you a private message, when i try to click the "send private message" link i get re-directed to "https://www.dell.com/community/en/categories/dell-community". What can i do? Send you an email?

@Dell-ErmanO @DELL-Chris H My ownership transfer was successful, so im now the owner of the server anyways. I also saw @Dell-ErmanO PM and responded to it with my service tag.
