iDRAC8 Password Policy Setting

Does iDRAC8 have the ability to set password policies as in iDRAC9?

The customer can find a screen in iDRAC9 under Password Settings, to set Password Policies, but not in iDRAC8.

If yes, please provide evidence.  This is for security complance..
