Integration of EMC CX3-20 in ITA

I tried to integrate our EMC CX 3-20 into ITA:
I created a discover range for the SPs IP addresses with activated SNMP and DELL/EMC options and configured the Navisphere account und password.
Although SNMP is activated on CX3-20 with corresponding SNMP community and Naviseccli.exe is installed on ITA server the CX3-20 appears in the "Unknown" area and not in the Storage Devices / DELL-EMC-Arrays area.

Any idea how to solve this is welcome.

You could try the trouble shooting tool included with ITA to check if the SNMP on CX320 is reachble by ITA. Right click on the device and select TroubleShoot. Run the SNMP test and see if you get a successfull result, once that is successfull you can try the Dell/EMC Array test also on the Trouble shoot window

Thanks for the hint: SNMP test is failing:

"The SNMP read request has failed for Get Community names - xxx

The SNMP write request has failed for Set Community names - xxxx

Unable to detect the presence of agent software(s). "

This happens although the SNMP community is identically configured on the CX and in ITA and the IP address of ITA machine is configured on the CX as SNMP Management Host!

Check for a firewall or anti-virus software etc. that might be blocking SNMP communication.
Or, open those ports.

There is no firewall between CX and ITA server and no antivirus software scanning network traffic on ITA server....
No Events found!
