Hello @Thiam Seng,
I have been looking for this Intel security advisories INTEL-SA-00752 and there is not any reference in the internal documentation. Therefore, as per the information I have: no, Dell PowerEdge Servers are not impacted for it.
However, this information can change in the future so please, keep yourself update and make sure you are running the latest BIOS firmware.
