If pages are down for maintenance, you would think Dell would have a page showing Hey we are down for maintenance type of thing, as either it is still down or they took it offline forever.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know. We have submitted the issue, and it is currently being worked on, but we wouldn't be able to provide a time frame to when it will be restored. So what I would suggest currently is to try back intermittently.
