TAIDADA,

I am looking into the issue for you and it would appear that it may have just been an intermitent issue as it looks to be back up and running. Would you do me a favor and try it again and see if it the issue is resolved?

Thanks.

Still the same issue... The site is and has been up and available, but there is a config error with the ssl certificate chain, it's missing the intermediate root. The web server should be set to serve both the server cert and any intermediate certs. Except only the the root cert.

https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=linux.dell.com&latest=yes

This is the cert that the server is sending: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/getTestChain?d=linux.dell.com&cid=eb7ceff2ec6e4dac26dc61250d11e9b6c23bd6754558fb32a5c08125c65d1a38&time=1764863932442

But this is the whole chain: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/getTestTrustPath?d=linux.dell.com&cid=eb7ceff2ec6e4dac26dc61250d11e9b6c23bd6754558fb32a5c08125c65d1a38&time=1764863932442&id=1&trustStore=1

All the certs except the last (the root) need to be included in the server configuration.

Thank you for clarifying that for me. I have reached out to the corresponding team and escalated the issue, but while it will be resolved, I don't have an exact time frame on how long it might take. So I would suggest you give it a while and then try again.
