motherboard ethernet issues on dell precision

i have a t3600 for home nas and t5600 for minecraft server nas running truenas minecraft running ubuntu and randomly this morning motherboard ethernet doesnt work on either need help asap my dads getting mad he needs files off the nas everthing else on the switch is fine tried different ports etc
