OpenManage 10.3 unsigned driver!?

Question

Just installed OpenManage Administrator Node 10.3 and got the error 'Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software'. Why does Dell have software with unsigned drivers!?  This threatens the stability of my servers. Did Dell's OpenManage software get infected or is Dell just lazy??

This happened on 2 different servers. One an Intel and the other a AMD EPYC.

Both Server 2019 std.

R440

Perc H750

RAID 1 SAS

Idrac 9 5.00.20.00

Intel 2P I350

Bios 2.16.1

R7515

RAID 1 & RAID 5 SAS SSD

iDRAC 9 Firmware Version 5.10.10.00

BIOS Version 2.9.3

How does the hard config make a difference? This is something with the OpenManage 10.3 software installing drivers that are NOT signed.
