OpenManage Server Administrator not showing system information

I would start with making sure that the server is up to date on BIOS, iDrac, Raid controller, etc, that normally will resolve most of those issues.

 

Just to confirm a couple things;

 

What connection method are you using Java, ActiveX, etc?

If you change to another method, does it work differently?

 

Was this working previously, or is this something occuring since you configured it? If worked previously, has anything changed on the server?

While installing OMSA did you selected all components? Can you also check whether all OMSA services are running or not? You can refer below link for checking OMSA services
