Permissions on ITA Assistant 8.2

Hi,

I have ITA 8.2 installed & server admin 4.5 & 5.2 on about 800 servers in our company. I want to set permissions for different teams in that some wil only have view access & some only admin access. I see that it can tie in with active directory but the isse is that most of our teams have domain admin access so they have full access. Can anyone help as to how to setup permissions within ITA or server admin?
