R430/iDRAC8 upgrade path
I have recently purchased an R430 and I'd like to bring it up to date.
The current versions are;
BIOS 1.4.5
iDRAC8 2.40.40.40
I am aware these have to be walked up in pairs and wonder if someone would be kind enough to post the order and/or links to where I can find out the information.

Below are BIOS steppings for PowerEdge R430 further to reach the latest stage from your current state.
They are sorted by the release date for your convenience.
VERSION RELEASE DATE IMPORTANCE
For IDRAC, below stepping may be needed from your current stage
Note that some versions below could be new platform-specific releases - If so you can skip them as such.

As far as the context to walk up in pairs you can map the release dates. Start with BIOS and follow up the part with IDRAC which was getting a release in a similar timeframe. I am not sure if BIOS compatibility for the iDRAC is mentioned in any iDRAC release notes or readme. It is worth searching it though.
