Removing Server Agents

I am trying to configure the Array Manager but it seems the last Administrator did not install the Server Agent correctly and I can't seem to install over the top.

Anyone have a tech doc on removing the Server Agent from a 4300 NT environment.

Thanks

You can use our omclean.exe utility to remove all OpenManage products on the system (except IT Assistant by default). OMClean is located in c:\Program Files\Dell\OpenManage\uninstall.  Then you can reinstall the applications that you need.

Thank you for using Dell Community Forums!

Jimmy,

If you will give me an idea of exactly what is installed (maybe from add/remove programs?) I will be able to get you the correct version of OMClean. When you attempt to install Array Manager, exactly what error do you receive and what is the service tag of the system?
