Replacing failed drive with perccli
I have perccli running under vmware and I had a drive fail. Configuration is a 10 drive raid 10 with 2 HS. One of the HS's took over as expected. I tried the commands to spin down the failed drive but received same random errors. Today I had the drive replaced (remote hands at a colo facility replaced it for me). Now the perccli reports that the drive is Cpybck.
How do I either promote this drive back or make it a HS standby (either is fine)?
32:10 and 32:11 where the original HS, 32:0 is the drive that failed and was replaced.
[root@esx1:/opt/lsi/perccli] ./perccli /c0/e32/sall show
Controller = 0
Status = Success
Description = Show Drive Information Succeeded.

With a bit of continues googling I was able to find the command for copyback. I don't know why I didn't see it in the docs when I was looking the first time.
./perccli /c0/e32/sall show copyback
Controller = 0
Status = Success
Description = Show Drive Copyback Status Succeeded.

Hi GaryWSmith,
Thank you for your enquiry and archiving the solution as well. I agree with the solution, very spot on. Thank you again and have a great one.
