Request for a statement from Dell on the supportability of linux.dell.com

Dear Dell,

linux.dell.com is again down for access to get updates and software for enterprise servers.  Please can we have a statement with regard to the supportability (and indeed the back end architecture) for linux.dell.com?  Without a stable service from which to keep our enterprise servers up to date we may be forced to exclude Dell from our server tendering/quoting.

Please let us know how linux.dell.com operates, what you expect to provide in term of uptime, and what the maintenance schedule/system is.
