Setting up DRAC II
Hi
I'm needing to configure a number of DRAC II cards on our system. I'm a total noob with these things and could do with a couple of questions answered...
I've looked about the Dell Support site/downloads, but it hasn't been very useful/easy to find what I need.
1. How can I tell if the W2K drivers are installed?
2. Where do I get the RACCONF.EXE file to configure the DRAC IIs?
3. Is there a document to show how to use RACCONF.EXE?

For the DRAC II please be sure to flash the firmware to the latest version. This can be obtained from
http://support.dell.com. The drivers and the racconf utility will be loaded when you install Server Administrator. After they are loaded you can go to device manager and you should see a device called DRAC767.
You also might find the user guide helpful. It is located at
http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/smdrac/drac241/en/index.htm.
