Thanks for your kind words. However, this does not solve my issues. I ended calling a small distributor in Paris, as soon as I explained my need, in less than after 1 minute he understood what I needed, send me a proposal which I accepted. Very strange, a non technical guy understood and provided necessary details in less than 5 minutes whereas I spent 6 hours between phones, chat ...with Dell different services and representatives which were absolutely useless and never even understood correctly what was needed in spite of the fact that it is a very basic request for an infra company like DELL. Maybe it is the Dell's strategy not to help its customers and push them in any way to purchase new materials. This is the 2nd similar incident, I had almost the same very bad experience when I was looking for purchaing a 500Gb hard drive for this same server several months ago. I might seriously switch to another vendor if Dell continues not to respect the minimum conditions to help us run our infra smoothly and recruiting inefficient people
