Unexplained Downtime Dilemma!

Our company, has been experiencing unexplained downtime lately with Dell - R630 Rack Server. It's giving our IT team a headache as the servers seem to be malfunctioning.

Hello, Did you check what errors or warnings do you have on your servers? Please check your system event logs via iDRAC.  Integrated Dell Remote Access Controller 8 (iDRAC8) Version 2.05.05.05 User's Guide | Dell US

To view the SEL, in iDRAC Web interface, go to Overview > Server > Logs.

The System Event Log page displays a system health indicator, a time stamp, and a description for each event logged.

Also you can do hardware diagnostic

Let us know what do you see in logs. The logs can help to understand what is the issue on server.
