UPS Dell 2700w error#193

I have an ups dell 2700w and i managed to change both fans and now my ups keeps shutting down  after a few seconds if i don’t connect batteries and it appears on the screen error #193 and the fans that i changers are the same with the original ones.If i connnect batteries to the ups the ups doesn’t shuts down  but the error keeps apeearing.I looked on different forums and it says to change the ups or batteries.Is another way to deal with the error?
