Android Update Stuck
Just bought a dell Venue 8, Connected it to WiFi it says update is available, when i tap onto notification to download it is just stuck on "Waiting to Download - 133.1 MB". Tried Factory reset thrice but that didn't help.
No Events found!

i think the issue is resolved.. installed VPN application, the download has started and progress bar is moving.

Mine did this yesterday (I received a 32 GB unit). It is updating. Just be patient and don't reset it. I'll download even though the progress bar shows it doesn't. I'm coming from a Cyanogenmod 11 rooted Samsung device and I was used to more reactive downloads.
Be patient and let it do it's thing. I'll notify of the completed 4.3 download.

What OS level is being pushed. I already am at 4.3 which I received shortly after receiving my device in late Dec 2013.
After others reporting issues with updates I now wait to see what others are reporting before allowing the update to go through.
software version Venue 8 3830_V1.16_131221-NoModem.

Still a 4.3 version of Android. Haven't noticed anything new so far.

After Latest update Software Version: Venue 8 3830_JB4.3_V1.25_140226. haven't faced any other issues while using it..
