Thank you for your prompt answer. I've tried them all but there has been no improvement. I use Windows10, my devise is up to date, all programs (photoshop, etc) are also up to date, intel core i7, 16G Ram, 64bit.
* Turn the Canvas and computer off * Disconnect the Canvas from the computer * Restart the computer * Turn the Canvas on, then off * Connect the Canvas to the computer * Re-calibrate the pen through the Windows calibration settings * Retest
You should try installing and testing the Wacom driver. Before contact Technical Support to get an exchange, you should test the Dell Canvas on another computer to confirm that the issue follows the Canvas.
I installed the Wacom driver. It didn't worked. Nothing changed. An update just appeared for Canvas pen. I did it and I noticed a slight improvement but nothing substantial. The problem remains! Thank you for your prompt answers. I appreciate it.

* Read through the Dell Canvas Pen User's Guide
* Reinstall the Dell Canvas Pen driver
* Restart the computer when done
* View this video, "How to calibrate touch and pen"
