Hello all,

Recently I got Dell Venue 8 Pro tablet with boot problems. Tablet is in bad condition but screen works and all buttons work just fine. As this is a gift I don't have info about service tag in order to do a reinstall of Windows system on the tablet. 

I tried to boot into BIOS in order to check service tag and to download Windows system but I got stuck at Initializing Cable screen and nothing happens. I need help regarding this in order to fix tablet. 

Any suggestions?
