Dell XPS 1o Display Problem

Along the top of the display of my barely two-year old Dell XPS 10 tablet computer, there appears to be some type of delamination occurring of layers beneath the glass. This started as an apparent separation along the top edge but now also manifests itself as a small bubble-like oval outline right beneath and in the center. The panel appears to be working satisfactorily otherwise. As the problem is worsening and now unpleasantly distracting, I would like the panel or the tablet computer replaced. Since it was new, the device has been operated in a safe, home-office environment. It operational history is entirely free of drops, spills or other accidents.

As Dell and all other vendors no longer offer tablet computers with the very short-lived and now abruptly discontinued Windows RT operating system, I am open to considering a Dell tablet replacement that runs a currently supported version of Microsoft Windows.

Can anyone offer any suggestions as to next steps?
