How bad is dell support.

Today I had the please of over an hour on hold with Dell out of warranty support trying to get my Dell Venue 11 7130 (Previously Mentioned) back to a repair depot to have the original windows 8.1 reinstalled. I am willing to pay for the service. It is out of warranty.

I was told that unless I had my install disk (Doesn't come with unit) I couldn't roll my unit back because it is after a month of the windows 10 installation. Circular logic and when I mentioned that I had been in contact with support many times, they acted as if they had never heard of my calls. Evidentially support people have no access to the support forum site.

I am seriously considering a class action *** alleging false advertising on the part of Dell. If you interested in participating please contact me at  <ADMIN NOTE: Email id removed per privacy policy>.

All I want is for my Venue 11 to work as advertised.
