power issue
my Dell Venue worked fine until now. It shows a full battery charge but will not turn on. When I plug it in to A/C power, it will operate normally but as soon as I unplug it from power, it dies. Any ideas?

how would you like me to send these numbers.........I think that it is an o/n off button issue as I said, the battery power reads full but as soon as A/C power is disconnected it dies.

I have barely used the tablet so I am thinking that if I had used it all the time it would have happened within about 6 months of using it. The tablet seldom gets used so this is very frustrating to have basically a brand new tablet die on me.

I am having the same problem
battery shows 77% won't charge -it will turn on if plugged into AC or keyboard (it charges fine)

Hi Virginia,
Request you to private message us the service tag of the system along with the results from the Dell diagnostics.
Note: please don't mention the service tag or email id on the public forum as it contains your personal information.
