Venue 3830 Pro no touch panel controller
Hello,
I recently updated to Windows 10 and everything was working fine until I tried to update a driver using Iobit Driver Booster. On restart the touch panel was no longer functioning. According to Dell Diagnostics, the driver is not installed, but when I try to install the driver, it tells me there is no controller. I cannot roll back the driver because DB cannot find the recovery ile it made.
Other anomalies include millions of hours of battery life and not enough room in C:\ for reverting back to 8.1 although there is only system files on the HD.
Any help?

Additional;
The touch driver works in Bios and setup, but not in the Windows environment, so I know the controller is there. I found an ISO from June 2015 that may be able to put the touch controller in but I am worried about the build date and driver age. I am considering downloading and trying it out of desperation.
