do you mean you get the Unisphere GUI login screen and it says the password is not correct ?

thank Rain_EMC, I have initiator configured and logged in on Unisphere GUI.

I don't understand the issue either.

If you already have initiators setup, and are logged in to the GUI, where can't you login to exactly?

that needs to be enabled and uses the service account

well - if the original poster doesnt answer after a week I guess that either

- it wasnt important

- if was fixed in the meantime

If this is about ssh via putty (or similar), the user name is "service" not admin. Password will be usually force set during initial setup.

For vmware side of config, i dont think you need any login from vmware but Unity may need vSphere detail for discovery.

Unable to reset password even I append " unityvsa_reset_admin_password" in the boot screen and it does not accept.

Now except service no other logins are accepting.   Request your login how to login via admin login.
