Dell EMC Unity: Consistancy Group cannot be created from existing LUN

I have 2 sites: DC and DR and both sites are running replication by Dell EMC Unity. now on DC I have configure LUN and adding Physical Server Host to it the setup replication to DR both are working well, but the first issue is at DR when I create snapshot on LUN then DR Server Host cannot ready data on snapshot. I suspect that I need to create Consistancy Group with existing LUN and I cannot create it, it failed to create Consistancy Group.

Please helps how DR Server Host can read snapshot from LUN? or if cannot than what solution.

Note: for Consistancy Group, I just suspected that only one solution to enable Host access data on snapshot.
