Disable TLS1 and 1.1 - is this action reversible?
Preparing to upgrade to latest code level.
When trying to update, it refuses to do so, stating that TLS v1 and 1.1 must be disabled first.
I know how to do so:
Can this change be backed out?
I would like to make this change, but in case it causes issues, can I revert back to support for TLSv1 and 1.1?
Thanks

Hello CrashCart,
Once TLS 1.0 and 1.1 have been disabled, and you see that you need it enabled again the only way to get that done is via support. That is why all the KB’s and docs state that you need to verify before the upgrade that all hosts and applications can support TLS1.2.

Hello CrashCart,
It is best to ensure that all devices are supported by TLS1.2 prior to upgrade. It can be reversed however what you need to know is that you will have to contact support to change it back. If you have to enable TLS 1 & 1.1 you will cause harm to your Unity system. It is best to confirm that all host support TLS 1.2 prior to disabling TLS 1.0 and 1.1.

Thanks very much for the reply.
Just one more point I am hoping you can clarify:
So, even without upgrading to 5.5.x, if I disable TLS1 and TLS1.1 at the current code level (5.4.1.0.5) I would need to contact support to re-enable it?
I was hoping to see if things would break *before* upgrading to 5.5.1.0.5. If it did, then my plan would be to revert my changes and put the upgrade on hold. Meanwhile, if I did encounter issues, I would have identified which application needs to be remediated/upgraded and deal with it accordingly
