EMC Unity 300 ESRS Error

Question

Encountered error when configuring EMC Unity 300 ESRS.

Current support account cannot manage the site current storage system is in. Please check your site setting in support zone.

Where can I find the site setting in support zone?

Are you trying to deploy integrated or centralized ESRS?

if integrated, then it would be easier for you to open a Service Request (SR) the the eServices team to check your account.
if centralized, then you can try adding the array site ID within the ESRS GW GUI (Device > Manage Device, then at the bottom "Add SiteID")

Not sure changing the SiteID is something you can do without eServices in any case. But the site for the array should be listed in your 360 under the array page.
