Expanding Datastore Being Used as SMB Share
Hello Everyone,
Quick question. I have a 2 TB LUN being used for SMB access. If I want to expand the LUN from its current 2 TB to 4 TB can I just expand from within Unity GUI or since it's used for SMB access are there any additional steps I need to perform? Thanks in advance!

It is native on the Unity. Not presented as a block LUN. Thanks.

a NAS file system on Unity you can expand or shrink at any time without any other changes or client impact

Is it a LUN or is it a file system ?
I.e. are you using the Unity as the CIFS server or are you providing the LUN via FC/ISCSI to a Windows server ?
