LUN response time

I have had some confusions regarding the LUN response times on all flash array. Considering there are low IOPS (ranging maximum up to 500 IOPS), what will be the acceptable response time for the LUNS here. I see that individual drives has a microsecond response times for up to 9K iops , however LUN response times are still in around 5-10 ms. Is this range of LUN response time for all flash array acceptable? I understand read/write size may still contribute, but i do not get more clarity on it. Can i get help understanding this?
