Migrating a Block/File LUN.

Question

Hey All, I would like to know is there any option in EMC unity, where i could migrate a LUN (Block or File) from one pool to other in the same unity array. Similar like in Hitachi we could migrate by using HTSM, the same way i would like to know if there something in EMC Unity arrays. Thanks,

All the current options are listed in the Unity Migration Technologies White Paper:

Even more functionality to come with Unity OE 4.2 due for release later this year.

Local LUN move aka. LUN migration for block LUNs is already available since Unity OE 4.1 you could also use replication for both block and file but it wont be transparent
